Who We Are

RM Advisors LLC is a consulting firm specializing in Public–Private Partnerships (PPP), fiscal risk management, and capacity development. Based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we serve governments and state-owned entities across Central Asia and internationally.

Our team combines international consulting experience with practical PPP knowledge. We focus on public-sector decision-making—governance frameworks, institutional mandates, and approval processes—translating international good practice into implementable local solutions.
